Mandatory Arbitration Hearing Schedule

Mandatory Arbitration hearings are conducted in Room 253. 

Cases are referred to arbitration from the two civil courtrooms and are set automatically by computer.  Arbitration dates are sent to the attorneys of record or the pro se litigant via a post card from the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court.  Prior to the arbitration date, the Arbitration Administrator will contact the attorney, or the party if he or she is pro se, and remind them of the hearing date and time.  All pending motions on arbitration cases are heard in Courtroom 111.

All judgments on the awards are heard in Courtroom 112 Tuesday through Friday at 9:30 a.m.
