CRIMINAL ORDERS OF PROTECTION AND CIVIL ORDERS OF PROTECTION
Cases with criminal orders of protection are heard daily in courtroom 104.

Criminal order of protection packets can be obtained in the Clerk’s Office, Room 119; thereafter, the State’s Attorney or Court Advocate in courtroom 104 will assist in completing the packet.

Civil orders of protection are heard daily in courtroom 102 at 1:00 pm.
