The Mortgage Foreclosure/Mechanics Lien Section of the Chancery Division consists of Calendars 52 through 69.

Calendars 52, 53, and 54 are mechanics lien calendars and judges assigned to these calendars hear all actions and proceedings concerning:

• mechanics lien rights under contracts, either expressed or implied
• liens on chattels for labor or storage and
• other lien remedies available under 770 ILCS 60/0.01 et seq.

Calendars 56 through 64 are general mortgage foreclosure calendars and judges assigned to these calendars hear all actions and related proceedings initiated under the Illinois Mortgage Foreclosure Act, 735 ILCS 5/15-1101 et seq.
