The Probate Division is located on the 18th Floor of the Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington Street, Chicago, Illinois 60602. 

The Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for the Probate Division is located on the 12th Floor of the Richard J. Daley Center.  

The Probate Division is organized as follows: 

Decedent Estates
Courtrooms 1801, 1802, 1803 and 1814

Adult Guardianship Estates
Courtrooms 1804, 1807, 1809, 1811 and 1812

Minor Estates
Courtrooms 1806 and 1810

Mediation/Settlement
Courtroom 1801-A

Matters arising under the Illinois Power of Attorney Act, the Elder Abuse and Neglect Act, and matters involving structured settlements are also heard in the Probate Division.
