Effective July 1, 2018 everything must be filed electronically. For assistance with e-filing, you may contact the Clerk’s Office either by email eFilehelp@cookcountycourt.com or call 312-603-HELP (4357) or you may contact the JusticeCorps Court Information Hotline at (872) 529-1093. If needed, however, you are able to receive filing assistance, file electronically, and schedule court dates electronically at any suburban district courthouse or in room 802 at the Daley Center.
