All inquiries regarding court supervision or conditional discharge should be directed to the Cook County Social Service Department.

All inquiries regarding parole (i.e., inquiries about individuals who have been released from incarceration in the Illinois Department of Corrections) should be directed to the Illinois Department of Corrections/Parole.
