GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE RULE NO. 2008-03
SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF BOND OF STATE’S ATTORNEY OF COOK COUNTY
Pursuant to 55 ILCS 5/3-9001, which provides that the State’s Attorney of Cook County shall execute a bond in the penal sum of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000) to be approved by the Circuit Court of Cook County, the undersigned judges of the Circuit Court of Cook County hereby approve the Public Official Bond of Anita Alvarez, duly elected State’s Attorney of Cook County on November 4, 2008, for the term of office commencing December 1, 2008 and ending December 1, 2012, Bond Number 105176957, written by Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, Hartford, Connecticut 06183, in the amount of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000).
Dated this 11th day of December, 2008. This Rule shall be spread upon the records of this court and published.
