The following Rule is adopted as a General Administrative Rule of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois:

GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE RULE NO: 07-01

SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION COMMISSIONER

Pursuant to the provisions of 10 ILCS 5/6-21, the Circuit Judges of the Circuit Court of Cook County, or a majority of them, hereby appoint Marisel A. Hernandez to the OFFICE OF ELECTION COMMISSIONER of the BOARD OF ELECTION COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO, Cook County, Illinois, to serve until November 30, 2007, and until a successor is appointed.

Dated this 1st day of February, 2007. This Rule shall be spread upon the records of this Court and published.
