GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE RULE NO. 96-2 - Approval of Bond of State's Attorney of Cook County


IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS

The following Rule is adopted as a General Administrative Rule of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois:

GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE RULE No. 96-2

SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF BOND OF STATE'S ATTORNEY OF COOK COUNTY

Pursuant to 55 ILCS 5/3-9001, which provides that the State's Attorney of Cook County shall execute a bond in the penal sum of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00) to be approved by the Circuit Court of Cook County, the undersigned Judges of the Circuit Court of Cook County hereby approve the Public Official Bond of RICHARD A. DEVINE, duly elected STATE'S ATTORNEY OF COOK COUNTY on November 5, 1996, for the term of office commencing December 2, 1996 and ending on December 1, 2000, Bond Number POB 8062245, written by Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, Baltimore, Maryland, in the amount of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00).

Dated this 18th day of December, 1996. This Rule shall be spread upon the records of this Court and published.
