Arbitration awards shall be tendered to the arbitration administration no later than two
and one half (2 ½) hours after the commencement of each arbitration hearing. Should commencement of the hearing be delayed, the arbitration award shall be tendered to the arbitration administration no later than two and one half (2 ½) hours after assignment of the case to the panel. In the First Municipal District, arbitration hearings shall be heard at 8:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. In all other Municipal Districts, arbitration hearings shall be heard at 8:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and by an order of court at 3:00 p.m.
