GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 03-02

SUBJECT: AMENDMENT TO BULK ELECTRONIC DATA DISSEMINATION POLICY

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the Implementation provision in General Administrative Order 2002-03 is hereby amended to read as follows:

 

Implementation

 

Within one hundred fifty (150) days of the entry of this Order, any existing or pending methods utilized by the Clerk for the purpose of distributing bulk electronic court record data and any policies and/or procedures related thereto must be in full compliance with this Order and all the provisions herein.

 

Dated this 21st day of February, 2003. Effective immediately. This Order shall be spread upon the records of this Court and published.
