JOINT ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 11-12
RE: CELLULAR PHONES WITH PHOTOGRAPHIC CAPABILITY
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AND UNTIL FURTHER ORDER OF THIS COURT
All cellular phones with photographic capability must be turned off and concealed while in the common areas on the ground and concourse levels of this building. Common areas include: restrooms, hallways, waiting areas, hearing rooms, attorney conference rooms, courtrooms, and the area behind the courtrooms.
Failure to do so could result in any person being held in contempt of court and the cellular phone may be confiscated.
This Joint Administrative Order supercedes Joint General Order 09-12.
This order is entered this date, February 22, 2011, and shall be spread of record and published.
