Cook County Chief Judge Timothy C. Evans today issued an order stating that in light of recent action taken by the Illinois Supreme Court, Associate Judge Adam D. Bourgeois, Jr. is not eligible for the office of associate judge for two (2) months, effective January 20, 2004
