• All Courtesy Copies and Proposed Orders should be sent to ccc.chancerycalendar3@cookcountyil.gov 

• Parties should submit Courtesy Copies of their pleadings at the initial Case Management conference. 
• All non-emergency motions not considered “off call” must be scheduled for presentment through the Court’s E-File system. 
• Counsel seeking to “piggyback” a motion on a previously set Case Management or Status hearing must contact one of Judge Walker’s law clerks to get prior authorization.  
• File-stamped Courtesy Copies of all motions must be sent via email at least ONE (1) business days before the scheduled presentment date. 
• File-stamped courtesy copies regarding motions set for hearing by the Court must be provided via email by the END OF BUSINESS (4:00 pm) the day after the last brief is due.  
• The Movant is to provide ALL Courtesy Copies, Briefs, and relevant exhibits. 
• Please DO NOT send paper courtesy copies to the Daley Center.  
• Failure to comply with these rules may lead to a delay in your Order being entered or your motion stricken from the call for failure to provide courtesy copies.
