Judge Samuel J. Betar III is a Municipal Department judge who is assigned to the Third Municipal District. He hears a variety of matters on a rotating basis with the other Municipal Department judges in the Rolling Meadows courthouse. Municipal Department judges follow the routine daily schedule in the courtroom to which they are assigned on a given day.
