Civil Protocol Effective June 1, 2020 until Further Order of Court (Amended August 25, 2020)

Judges H+James L. Allegretti is a Municipal Department judge who is assigned to the Second Municipal District. He hears a variety of case types in different courtrooms on a rotating basis and follows the routine daily schedule in the courtroom to which he is assigned on a given day. The Office of the Presiding Judge establishes the routine daily courtroom schedules.
